My name is Dayle, and I’m a NASM personal trainer, and founder of Outdoor Fitness. I’m originally from South Africa, where my passion for outdoor life, sports and exercising began. I enjoy netball, running, cycling, swimming, waterski-ing, hiking just to name a few. Any way to keep fit with family and friends is what I enjoy most, and this is the heart and soul of what the classes at Outdoor Fitness are all about.
I moved to Hong Kong 19 years ago and finally settled in Sai Kung. I have a crazy-athletic husband, and 2 beautiful daughters, who all certainly keep me on my toes. With their love and support, I have been able to achieve my dreams.
I took a big leap in Nov ‘12 and started small classes with a handful of friends. I challenged myself to deliver consistent classes, to bring energy and enthusiasm to people who wanted to get fitter, have fun, and meet friends. Since then, these classes have branched and bloomed and they are now recognised, enjoyed and well supported by many of the Sai Kung locals.
I am very proud of Outdoor Fitness and I am now enjoying the balance between being a personal trainer, and spending time with my family.

My name is Regina, and I am a AFAA personal trainer and a Pilates trainer.
I’m from Malaysia and have lived in HK for 32years.
I enjoy all types of sports and love the challenges that comes with it.
I have completed a number of races including Marathons, Spartan and Adventure Races.
My husband and 3 daughters are also very involved with sports and hence we have a rather active household.
The most rewarding part of being a trainer is seeing our clients push themselves beyond their limits and achieve more than they thought, they could.
Hi my name is Sarah, I live in Sai Kung with my Husband , Son and our two dogs.
I am very interested in the human body and it’s well being, working with Outdoor Fitness gives me chance to share some of my enthusiasm and knowledge.
As well as being a AFAA group trainer I have 3 ITEC diplomas in Sports Massage Therapy , Holistic Massage and Aromatherapy.
I love being outdoors and spend a lot of time hiking in the hills with my dogs , this year I am training for the Oxfam Trailwalker 100km. I also enjoy Yoga to compliment my active lifestyle.

My main passion is to help people change their lives through fitness and well being. Everyone has a right to be healthy and live a happy life.
My main training and experience came from my 5 years as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army. Here, my primary goal was to keep all soldiers “ARMY” fit which focused on mainly strength and endurance training.
I strive to teach proper form so we can maximize your results and work towards a healthier and stronger life.

Hi, my name is Valentine (Titi), I'm a NASM certified, personal trainer and soon to be Nutrition coach.
I have always been fascinated with the human body and its ability to adapt and thrive in different situations, be it tough, tailored, training regimes, specific diets or a combination of both.
I find reward in teaching my clients how to exploit this adaptability in order to achieve their goals.
The body is an amazing machine and constantly learning. It's never too late to reach your potential.
