BoxFit is a boxing-inspired, high-intensity workout for men and women. So what are you waiting for? Come down to BoxFit and pack a punch!
Get fit with a splash. This fun, yet challenging water “Bootcamp” which uses the natural resistive forces of water to strengthen both muscles and cardiovascular system. You do not have to be a great swimmer to get the most out of this “cool” workout!
Bootcamp for Beginners
From Zero to Hero ! If you are easing back into exercise, or if exercise “isn’t really your thing”, but you know you should do something, then this class is for YOU ! A workout at your own pace, with a gentle push to help you build up your fitness and stamina without the aches and pains.
For those that need a bit more of a personal touch. We do offer one on one or small group training.
