Outdoor Fitness is a local Sai Kung company that was founded in 2012 by Dayle. It was born out of my interest in keeping fit and enjoying the beautiful outdoors in our "Leisure garden of Hong Kong".
I share my passion with an awesome team of qualified, experienced instructors, and we proudly bring you the best of what we do to every class!

It’s Fun to Get Fit
A Fusion of pilates exercises in combination with suspension training. This class brings you a slower paced, strengthning workout using your body weight and gravity as your challenging tools.

All levels of fitness welcomed for this well set up, and easy to follow workout circuit. It incorporates cardio, resistance, strength and core training. With the help of your trainers and equipment selection, we will cater to each individuals level of fitness, and ensure that you get to challenge yourself !!!
From Zero to Hero ! If you are easing back into exercise, or if exercise “isn’t really your thing”, but you know you should do something, then this class is for YOU ! A workout at your own pace, with a gentle push to help you build up your fitness and stamina without the aches and pains.
Mix it up
Literally, keeping you on your toes. In this class, anything goes, from HIIT, Tabata, Weights, Cardio , you name it, we’ve got it! Everything thrown at you, with never a dull moment. This is a solid workout in minimum time ! Not for the faint hearted !
