Outdoor Fitness

My name is Dayle, and I’m the owner and founder of Outdoor Fitness,  a local Sai Kung based company which offers Bootcamp / TRX , Aquafit and BoxFit classes in the beautiful outdoor surroundings.

Established in 2012, I have been a part of the local fitness scene, my team and I, pride ourselves in  designing great 1hr fitness sessions.















Mix-It-Up : This class will literally keep you on your toes.  You will have a mix up of exercises from HIIT, Tabata, Weights, Cardio and more.  Everything thrown at you, with never a dull moment, and that way you’ll get a max workout in minimum time ! Kill that workout !!!


Bootcamps / TRX : Incorporating cardio, resistance and core exercises, which are easy to follow, well set up and cater for each individuals fitness levels.  With my help, you can challenge yourself !!!


Boxfit : BoxFit is a boxing inspired, high intensity workout for men and women. So what are you waiting for? Come down to BoxFit and pack a punch!


AquaFit : Get fit with a splash.  This fun, yet challenging water “Bootcamp” which uses the natural resistive forces of water to strengthen both muscles and cardiovascular system.  You do not have to be a great swimmer to get the most out of this “cool” workout!


Bootcamp for Beginners : From Zero to Hero ! If you are easing back into exercise, or if exercise “isn’t really your thing”, but you know you should do something, then this class is for YOU !  A workout at your own pace, with a gentle push to help you build up your fitness and stamina without the aches and pains.
